The easiest way to track your transfer to Latin America is using our Track a Transfer tool, which provides real-time updates on your transfer. You'll need the transfer's unique Personal Identification Number (PIN) or order number to see the status.

1. Download the Ria app or visit our homepage, and click “Register.”

2. Confirm your country of residence.

3. Enter your email address or phone number (if we send you a security code, please verify the code).

4. Create a password.

5. Agree to Ria’s Terms and Conditions.

6. Enter your first and last name, date of birth, and email address or phone number.

7. Subscribe to receive promotions, discounts, and other special offers, or select “Not now” to opt out.

8. Enter your address to continue.
