Promotional (Website and App) Terms and Conditions (UK) 

These terms and conditions for promotions (the “Promotional Terms and Conditions”) are offered by Euronet Payment Services Limited (“EPS”), trading as Ria Money Transfer, with company registration number 6975932 and registered office at Part 7th Floor, North Block, 55 Baker Street, London, W1U 7EU in the United Kingdom (the “UK”). EPS is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (the “FCA”) in the UK under the Payment Services Regulations and is recorded on the FCA register under register number 504630.   

These Promotional Terms and Conditions relate to the favourable conditions for the payment services offered through the App or the Website. The Terms and Conditions for the provision of Money Remittance services and the use of the Website or the App (the “General Terms and Conditions”) also apply alongside these Promotional Terms and Conditions.  

Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Promotional Terms and Conditions, the terms defined in the General Terms and Conditions shall also apply to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. 

For the purposes of these Promotional Terms and Conditions: 

1. The term “App” refers to the Ria Money Transfer mobile application. 
2. The term “Website” refers to Ria’s official online platform (www.riamoneytransfer.com). 
3. The term “Payment Order” refers to a money remittance order placed by a customer through the Website or the App to send money to a beneficiary. 

We offer you the possibility to benefit from more favourable conditions, including but not limited to reduced fees, improved exchange rates or other promotional advantages when placing a Payment Order through the Website or the App (collectively, the “Promotions”).  

These Promotions may be made available at no cost to you, either automatically during the transaction process or through the insertion of a promotional code provided by Ria, as specified below.  

The following Promotional Terms and Conditions apply specifically to every Promotion offered by Ria at its sole discretion to you, subject to market conditions and you fulfilling the requirements set out below. Should any of the specified codes not apply the corresponding Promotion once entered into the Website or the App, this would indicate that the Promotion is not available to you. 

Unless expressly specified, the Promotions cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount or promo code. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel any of these Promotions at any time. You are solely responsible for any personal tax implications and compliance with applicable laws regarding these Promotional Terms and Conditions. 

Generic Statements 

1. Single-use and non-combinability. Unless expressly specified, Promotions cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount, or promo code. Each Promotion applies exclusively to one Payment Order per customer.  
2. App and Website availability. Promotions may apply either on the Website or the App. 
3. Destination country limitation. The availability of each Promotion depends on the country to which the money is sent. Customers can check whether a Promotion applies by entering the associated code in the App or on the Website; if the code is accepted, the Promotion applies; if not, it is not available for you and/or for that destination. 

Promotions 

HELLORIA 
Use the code HELLORIA to enjoy 0 (ZERO) GBP fees on your first Payment Order. 

This promotion is limited to one (1) Payment Order per customer and is available exclusively to new customers using the Website or the App. This Promotion may be combined with the “Welcome Rates” Promotion, if applicable. When this Promotion is offered to you automatically throughout the transaction process, you may choose not to proceed with the transaction and thereby decline the benefit of this Promotion by abandoning the transaction prior to its confirmation. 

This promotion expires on January 31, 2028. 

Availability of this Promotion depends on the country to which the money is sent, and Ria reserves the right to exclude certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion without prior notice. Customers can verify applicability by entering the code in the App or on the Website: if the Website or the App accepts the code, the Promotion applies; if not, the Promotion is not available for you and/or for that destination. 

Standard fees and charges may still apply.  

RIAx2 
Use the code RIAX2 to enjoy 0 (ZERO) GBP fees on your second Payment Order. 

This promotion is exclusively available to existing customers who have already completed one Payment Transaction using the Website or the App. 

The promo code can be used only once per customer, for a Payment Order made via the Ria Money Transfer Website or the App.  

This promotion expires on January 31, 2028. 

Availability of this Promotion depends on the country to which the money is sent, and Ria reserves the right to exclude certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion without prior notice. Customers can verify applicability by entering the code in the App or on the Website: if the Website or the App accepts the code, the Promotion applies; if not, the Promotion is not available for you and/or for that destination.

RIABACK 
Use the code RIABACK to enjoy 0 (ZERO) GBP fees on your next Payment Order. 

This promotion is limited to one (1) Payment Order per person and is available exclusively to existing customers who have previously completed at least one Payment Transaction using the Website or the App.  

This promotion expires on January 31, 2027. 

Availability of this Promotion depends on the country to which the money is sent, and Ria reserves the right to exclude certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion without prior notice. Customers can verify applicability by entering the code in the App or on the Website: if the Website or the App accepts the code, the Promotion applies; if not, the Promotion is not available for you and/or for that destination.

Welcome Rates 

This Promotion may be applied automatically to you during the transaction process on the Website or the App when you make your first Payment Order so that you can enjoy better rates for converting the currency of your Payment Order to the currency in which the funds will be paid to the Beneficiary, compared to the rates offered by Ria to its App or Website users.  

This Promotion shall be made available at Ria´s discretion, depending on prevailing market conditions. You may choose not to proceed with the transaction and thereby decline the benefit of this Promotion by abandoning the transaction prior to its confirmation.  

This promotion expires on January 31, 2028. Promotional FX rates offered are subject to change and may vary according to the amount sent. Standard fees and charges may still apply.  

PARTY26 
Use the code PARTY26 to receive the amount of 5 GBP which will be added directly to the principal amount of your Payment Order (the “Bonus”). 

To qualify for the Bonus, the Payment Order must have a minimum principal amount of 50 GBP. This promotion is available exclusively to existing customers who, on their birthday, have previously completed at least one Payment Transaction using the Website or the App. 

The promo code may be used only once, and the Bonus applies to a single Payment Order per customer. 

Availability of this Promotion depends on the country to which the money is sent, and Ria reserves the right to exclude certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion without prior notice. Customers can verify applicability by entering the code in the App or on the Website: if the Website or the App accepts the code, the Promotion applies; if not, the Promotion is not available for you and/or for that destination.

VIP26 
Use the code VIP26 to receive the amount of 5 GBP which will be added directly to the principal amount of your Payment Order (the “Bonus”).  

To qualify for the Bonus, the Payment Order must have a minimum principal amount of 50 GBP. This promotion is exclusively available to existing customers who have completed their second year or more since ordering their first Payment Transaction through the Website or the App. 
The code may be used only once, and the Bonus applies to a single Payment Order per customer.  

 Availability of this Promotion depends on the country to which the money is sent, and Ria reserves the right to exclude certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion without prior notice. Customers can verify applicability by entering the code in the App or on the Website: if the Website or the App accepts the code, the Promotion applies; if not, the Promotion is not available for you and/or for that destination.

RIAx5x1 
Use the code RIAx5x1 to receive the amount of 5 GBP which will be added directly to the principal amount of your Payment Order (the “Bonus”).  

To qualify for the Bonus, the Payment Order must have a minimum principal amount of 50 GBP. This promotion is exclusively available to existing customers who have completed their first year since ordering their first Payment Transaction through the Website or the App. 

The promo code may be used only once, and the Bonus applies to a single Payment Order per customer.  

Availability of this Promotion depends on the country to which the money is sent, and Ria reserves the right to exclude certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion without prior notice. Promotion – Winback May 2026

50% discount on the Customer Fee for one money transfer carried out through Ria’s own stores and authorized agents (the “Promotion”)

1. The Provider

This Promotion shall be organized and administered by the relevant Ria group entity corresponding to the Customer’s territory of residence, based on the information recorded with Ria, from among the entities identified in the table included as Annex 1 to these Terms and Conditions (the “Organizing Entity”).

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, any reference to “Ria” shall be deemed to refer to the Organizing Entity applicable to the Customer’s territory.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion may be communicated by Ria by means of an SMS message sent to the initial recipient, for information purposes only and as a commercial communication regarding the existence of the Promotion.

Only existing Ria customers to whom the Promotion has been granted, at Ria’s sole discretion, may benefit from the Promotion (the “Customer”).

Receipt of the SMS shall not, in and of itself, guarantee application of the Promotion, which shall in all cases remain subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions and the general terms and conditions applicable to Ria’s money transfer service, which shall govern such service and shall apply on a supplementary basis to any matter not expressly provided for in these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on 30 April 2026 at 00:00 a.m. and ends on 31 May 2026 at 23:59 p.m. (local time in the Customer’s country of residence) (the “Promotion Period”).

4. The Offer and application criteria

Ria shall apply a 50% (fifty percent) discount to the fee charged to the Customer (the “Customer Fee”) in respect of the next money transfer initiated by the Customer during the Promotion Period through Ria’s own stores and authorized agents in the Customer’s country of residence, according to the information held by Ria.

You may locate your nearest Ria store and/or authorized agent at www.riamoneytransfer.com.

The Promotion shall apply only to the money transfer service. This promotional code may not be combined with any other discount, promotion or promotional code offered by Ria.

The discount shall not be redeemable for cash, nor for any other goods, services, benefit or consideration, and may not be substituted, in whole or in part, except by express decision of RIA for operational, technical, legal or regulatory reasons.

The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions upon completion of the money transfer order in respect of which the Customer benefits from the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and strictly conditional upon the Customer’s compliance with these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions applicable to the relevant money transfer, which have been separately notified to and agreed with the Customer.

5. General conditions

The Promotion may not be substituted, assigned or transferred by the Customer.

Ria reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to suspend or amend the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions due to events beyond its control.

Ria reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw the Promotion if it reasonably suspects or obtains evidence of a breach of these Terms and Conditions or of the terms and conditions applicable to Ria’s money transfer service.

Ria shall not assume any liability for any inaccurate information received from the Customer, any delay in the availability of a Ria money remittance to a designated beneficiary, or the suspension or cancellation of a Ria money remittance in accordance with Ria’s terms and conditions and/or the laws and regulations applicable to Ria’s money remittance service.

In the event of cancellation, reversal or nullification of the transaction, the Customer shall not be entitled to receive, in cash or in any other form, the economic value of the discount, nor to have the Promotion automatically reactivated, except by express decision of RIA.

Promotion – Unique Code – 50% off

50% discount on the Customer Fee for a single money transfer made via the RIA app or website, or at RIA’s own branches or authorised agents (the “Promotion”)

1. The Organising Entity

This Promotion will be organised and managed by the RIA entity corresponding to the Customer’s territory of residence, as per the details registered with RIA, where the RIA money transfer service is available, either via the digital channel comprising the RIA website and/or app (the “RIA Digital Channel”) or via the network of RIA’s own branches and authorised agents, from among the entities identified in the table included as Annex 1 to these Terms and Conditions (the “Organising Entity”).

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, any reference to “RIA” shall be deemed to refer to the relevant Organising Entity as set out in the aforementioned Annex 1.

2. Eligibility

RIA may notify the Customer of the Promotion by sending an SMS message containing a unique alphanumeric code (hereinafter the “Code”). The notification of the Promotion is for information purposes only and to publicise its existence. Only existing Ria customers to whom, at Ria’s discretion, the Code has been sent (the “Customer”) may benefit from the Promotion. Receipt of the Code does not in itself guarantee the application of the Promotion, which shall in all cases be subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions and the general terms and conditions applicable to Ria’s money transfer service, which shall apply to said service and, on a supplementary basis, to anything not expressly covered in these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion begins on 14 May 2026 at 00:00 and ends on 30 June 2026 at 23:59 (local time in the country from which the money transfer was made) (the “Promotion Period”).

4. The Promotion and eligibility criteria

RIA will apply a 50% (fifty per cent) discount on the fee payable by the Customer (“Customer Fee”) for the Customer’s next money transfer, provided that the Customer uses the Code when instructing the transfer during the Promotion Period via RIA’s own branches or authorised agents, , or via RIA’s Digital Channel. Money transfers may only be made from the Customer’s country of residence, as recorded in RIA’s records. You can find your nearest RIA branch and/or authorised agent at , www.riamoneytransfer.com or . Transfers may be made to any country where the RIA service is available.

The Promotion applies only to the money transfer service. This promotion cannot be combined with any other RIA discount, promotion or promotional code.    

The discount is not exchangeable for cash, nor for any other goods, services, benefits or consideration, nor may it be substituted, in whole or in part, unless expressly decided by RIA for operational, technical, legal or regulatory reasons.

The Customer is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions upon completion of the money transfer order in which they benefit from the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and is strictly conditional upon the Customer complying with these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions applicable to the relevant money transfer, which have been notified separately and agreed with the Customer.

5. How to use the Code

If the Code is used by the Customer to send money via RIA’s Digital Channel, the Customer must enter the Code by selecting the “Add promotion” option, located below the calculator, before continuing with the transfer process. If the Code is used by the Customer to send money via RIA’s own branches or authorised agents, the Customer must provide the Code to the authorised staff, who will enter it into the system at the time of the transfer.

6. General Terms and Conditions

 The Code is non-personal and transferable. As it is single-use, once used by the recipient of the Code or the person to whom it is disclosed, the Code will automatically become invalid and cannot be used again.

RIA reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to suspend or amend the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions due to events beyond its control.

RIA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw the Promotion if it reasonably suspects or finds evidence of a breach of these Terms and Conditions or of the terms and conditions applicable to RIA’s money transfer service.

Promotion – Unique Code - 100% off

100% discount on the Customer Fee for a single money transfer made via the RIA app or website, or at RIA’s own branches or authorised agents (the “Promotion”)

1. The Organising Entity

This Promotion will be organised and managed by the RIA entity corresponding to the Customer’s territory of residence, based on the details registered with RIA, where the RIA money transfer service is available, whether via the digital channel comprising the RIA website and/or app (the “RIA Digital Channel”) or via the network of RIA’s own branches and authorised agents, from among the entities identified in the table included as Annex 1 to these Terms and Conditions (the “Organising Entity”).

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, any reference to “RIA” shall be deemed to refer to the relevant Organising Entity as set out in the aforementioned Annex 1.

Transfers may be made to any country where the RIA service is available.

The Promotion applies only to the money transfer service. This promotion cannot be combined with any other RIA discount, promotion or promotional code.    

The discount is not exchangeable for cash, nor for any other goods, services, benefits or consideration, nor may it be substituted, in whole or in part, unless expressly decided by RIA for operational, technical, legal or regulatory reasons.

The Customer is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions upon completion of the money transfer order in which they benefit from the Promotion. If the Code is used by the Customer to send money via RIA’s own branches or authorised agents, the Customer must provide the Code to the authorised staff, who will enter it into the system at the time of the transfer.

Promotion – Winback 50%

50% discount on the Customer Fee for three money transfers made through RIA’s own branches and authorised agents (the “Promotion”)

1. The Organising Entity

This Promotion will be organised and managed by the RIA entity corresponding to the Customer’s territory of residence, as per the details registered with RIA, where RIA’s money transfer service is available through the network of RIA’s own branches and authorised agents, from among the entities identified in the table included as Annex 1 to these Terms and Conditions (the “Organising Entity”).

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, any reference to “RIA” shall be deemed to refer to the relevant Organising Entity as set out in the aforementioned Annex 1.

2. Eligibility

RIA may notify the Customer of the Promotion by sending an SMS message, for purely informational and commercial communication purposes regarding the existence of the Promotion. Only existing RIA customers who, at RIA’s discretion, have been granted eligibility (the “Customer”) may benefit from the Promotion. Receipt of the SMS does not in itself guarantee the application of the Promotion, which shall in all cases be subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions and the general terms and conditions applicable to Ria’s money transfer service, which shall apply to said service and, on a supplementary basis, to anything not expressly covered in these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion begins on 14 May 2026 at 00:00 and ends on 31 July 2026 at 23:59 (local time in the Customer’s country of residence) (“Promotion Period”).

You can find your nearest Ria shop and/or authorised agent at www.riamoneytransfer.com . Transfers may be made to any country where the RIA service is available.

The promotion applies only to the money transfer service. This promotion cannot be combined with any other RIA discount, promotion or promotional code.    

The discount is not exchangeable for cash, nor for any other goods, services, benefits or consideration, nor may it be substituted, in whole or in part, unless RIA expressly decides otherwise for operational, technical, legal or regulatory reasons.

The Customer is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions upon completion of the money transfer order in which they benefit from the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and is strictly conditional upon the Customer complying with these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions applicable to the relevant money transfer, which have been notified separately and agreed with the Customer.
